We have 100% Natural Beef with absolutely no Hormones, Antibiotics or other stimulants used in the production.  Our beef is bred, calved and raised on our ranch.    
Scottish Highland Cattle are the oldest breed recorded in historic texts.  With the first Highland herd book in the United States being established in 1884.  They have been bred to withstand the harsh conditions of the Scottish Highlands.  Cold weather and snow don’t slow the highland cattle down.  Below are some of the characteristics that set Highland Cattle apart from the crowd:

Highland beef is ideally suited for today’s demands of lean, premium and sustainable meat.  They have a naturally leaner meat than most other breeds.  We treat our animals with respect and honor what they give to us.    

You may choose from a whole, half of beef or from boxed sets.  If you choose a whole or half you may have that custom cut to your specifications.  We are also willing to either have 100% grass-fed or a grass/grain mix fed as is your desire.  Our beef quantity is limited and we process it in early summer so please order early.
